Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
jlili7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlili7 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jlili7 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jlili7 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details. jlili7 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

jlili7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its cancellation will have their participation honoured under the original terms, subject to jlili7's reasonable discretion.

jlili7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlili7 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlili7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
You may close your jlili7 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
jlili7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that: (a) you have violated any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to jlili7 or other players; or (d) jlili7 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through our Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. jlili7 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who are not satisfied with jlili7's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
jlili7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlili7 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
